Mohit Kalra

Mohit Kalra is the General Counsel at S2G and oversees all legal aspects of the firm. Prior to joining S2G, Mohit was General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Numerator. Before Numerator, Mohit spent over 13 years at Google, where he focused on data privacy, intellectual property, commercial agreements, and other related topics. Mohit began his legal career at Mayer Brown, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings for a broad range of clients. Mohit is admitted to practice law in Illinois. He graduated with Honors with a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and with a JD from Harvard Law School.
