Andrea Woodside

Andrea Woodside is a Principal on the Special Opportunities Investment team, where she oversees the fund strategy, portfolio construction, investment sourcing and execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining S2G, Andrea was part of Goldman Sachs' impact investing division, Imprint, where she led private markets investing within Food and Agriculture and Clean Energy. While there, Andrea led nearly $1 billion worth of private impact investment transactions within the climate transition theme. Before that, Andrea held various positions at Imprint Capital which was acquired by Goldman Sachs in 2015. Early in her career, Andrea worked at two grassroots organizations, The Earth Island Institute and Friends of the Mississippi River, and for the University of Minnesota’s School of Natural Resources. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota.
