Atomo is pursuing a more sustainable cup of coffee with their unique molecular coffee. The lab takes the qualities of a great cup of coffee and achieves it without the usage of coffee beans. Their process works specifically to capture the aroma, body, color, taste, and caffeination of traditionally brewed coffee to create a delicious cup of joe. By lowering the demand for coffee beans, Atomo intends to disincentivize the deforestation of the rainforest.
